I emailed the company on the weekend and they answered within a few hours and said they would send me new bands and they were changing vendors because of the poor quality control. The machine is awesome they definitely can improve the resistance bands to some more hardy ones mines didn’t break but since the hooks are plastic I am scared they won’t last long but overall it’s a great purchase it does work and yes you will feel it!
